Join special guest Grace Cheung, an Occupational Therapist from Lifestart as she discusses the importance of building positive supports for a young person transitioning into Year 7. Grace brings her knowledge of tips and strategies to support young people through a variety of challenges including anxiety, socialisation and new school routines.
In conjunction with this webinar series, Lifestart is offering dedicated short term supports to young people who will be moving into Year 7 in 2024.
These individual supports will involve the young person choosing and directing their own goals around transitioning and or settling into their new high school.
