The transition to high school is often a stressful period for young people. The change in environment, daily routine, academic structure and expectations is challenging for many students with a disability. Join Penny and Isabella for a chance to gain useful ideas and tips that promote inclusion and empower your young person as they enter high school. Parents and carers can submit questions during the session or at registration around the topic of transition and preparation for high school. 

In conjunction with this webinar series, Lifestart is offering dedicated short term supports to young people who will be moving into Year 7 in 2024. 

These individual supports will involve the young person choosing and directing their own goals around transitioning and or settling into their new high school.
