Recently, Lifestart invited Occupational Therapist, Coach and Trainer Jacqui Snider to provide some training to staff.
Jacqui has specialist skills and experience in the area of coaching and was able to share her insights and specific strategies we can use to enhance the way we work with each other, families and staff in the early childhood sector.
Staff found that the training was a valuable experience and look forward to using coaching approaches when supporting children, young people, families and other services.
