A Founder of the NDIS Visits Lifestart
A founder of the NDIS visits Lifestart to look at our Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach rolling out in the Nepean Blue Mountains.
On Tuesday 28 February at our St Mary’s Centre Lifestart was delighted to host a visit by two members of the Independent Advisory Group to the National Disability Insurance Agency Board, Rhonda Galbally AO (Principal Member) and Janet Meagher AM. Rhonda is a member of the NDIA Board and is credited with being one of the leading advocates for the establishment of the NDIS. Rhonda and Janet, in talking with families and staff, were impressed with the success of the approach. It was great to hear families tell Rhonda and Janet of their positive stories about how ECEI had made a difference in their lives, with its strong focus on inclusion and outcomes.
